The shipment of the products will be made within 2-3 business days.

The fabrics if they are by yards will be sent within 2-3 business days, if they are fabric rolls the shipment can take up to 5 days, depending on the availability in stock. There is also the option that the client can pick up at our address, 4022 Tyler ave Suite D El Monte, CA 91731.

 

 

Returns

 

Customer satisfaction is important to us, if you receive your product and you don't like something, send us an email to Karlaortega.fashionstudio@gmail.com and explain the reason for your return.

The return must be within 5 days after receiving your product and must be sent back in its original packaging to proceed with the return.

Cut fabrics sold by the yard cannot be returned.

Fabric rolls cannot be returned. All textiles are final sale.

The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
